This policy explains what personal data Madeira Sports Agency ("MSA", "we") collects through this website, why, and what your rights are. We follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who we are

Madeira Sports Agency, Funchal, Madeira, Portugal. For anything about your data, email info@madeirasportsagency.com.

What we collect

When you send the Apply form we receive:

• whether you are a player, parent or coach/team
• your full name
• your WhatsApp number and email address
• the program you are interested in

We also receive anything you choose to tell us later by email or WhatsApp. This website has no advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your application: to call or message you, answer your questions and send you a written proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). We never sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Players under 18

If the player is under 16, the form should be sent by a parent or legal guardian. For any player under 18 we agree every detail of a program with the parent or guardian.

Who else handles it

We use trusted services to run the website and receive your message. They only process your data on our behalf:

• Formspree receives and stores the form (servers in the United States, covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses)
• Zoho Mail for our email
• Render and Cloudflare host and protect the website

If you join a program, we share only what is needed with the club, accommodation and transport involved, and we tell you about it first.

How long we keep it

If you don't join a program, we delete your application within 24 months of our last contact. If you do, we keep what the law requires for accounting and contracts.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data, to limit how we use it, or to send it to you. Email info@madeirasportsagency.com and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD (cnpd.pt).

Changes

If we change this policy, we update it on this page and change the date at the top.
