Study in the Morning

The Youth Academy Lab is our answer for players that aim to achieve their potential and highest level in football.

This annual program provides all the training conditions and facilities to improve technical, tactical and physical skills.

We are searched by motivated, proactive and focused players  willing to apply to our Academy Lab, located in the outstanding Madeira Island to work directly with our coaches and to be followed by professional teams during the development program that we will established together and under their supervision.

During the day the players will attend a Portuguese Language Course at the University of Madeira.

Work Hard in the afternoon

In the afternoon, training session with UEFA licensed coaches during all year long friendly matches will be organized.

The Plan

The Deals - In the field

Every year we establish professional and semi-professional deals between our players and our Partners. During all year long the players will work out and improve in our training facilities and will play friendly matches against our partners.

By the end of the season a trial event will be organized so the clubs can select players to join them during the next pre-season. This is a life changing opportunity, that can lead to an international career, depending on your level and performance.

If you have what it takes, come and convince our partners.

The plan is simple: you work hard and we provide the scouting opportunities!

During your staying with us we will take care of your training and school program, as we will organize friendly matches between the Academy and our Pro-Partners.

We work in straight cooperation with local teams from Semi-Pro to Pro Level so they have a possibility to see our players and you have a real opportunity to be scouted.

These teams among others that work with us are well-known for giving opportunities to unknown players that make their way up to international careers.

The Deals - Outside the field

Your 9 months program will not be only about football. You will attend a Portuguese Language Course at the University of Madeira so you can improve your understanding and be able to attend training sessions in Portuguese.

This program will demand commitment and hard work all year long.To better help you during the year, the Youth Academy Lab will provide:

b) Portuguese Language Course at the University;
c) Transport pass for your mobility
e) Medical exam
d) Full custumized training kit for the season
f) Health Ensurance
g) Visa Process Guidance
